For investors
A focused plan.
More time for patients.
We are seeking $4 million in pre-seed funding to take Asclepius from a prototype and sandbox testing into carefully evaluated practice use. Our 18-month plan develops specialty workflows and priority EMR integrations in parallel, guided by physician time and reliability.
The product starts before the appointment: a focused patient conversation gives the physician a history to review, while EMR connections carry that information into documentation and insurance preparation. That creates room to focus the visit on examination, diagnostic reasoning and treatment decisions. Explore Clinical Intake →

The next 18 months
A calendar built around evidence.
The timeline starts when financing closes. Each stage tests usefulness, reliability and recurring practice use.
Months 0–3
Build in parallel
Strengthen the technical team, recruit design partners and develop priority specialty workflows and authorized EMR integrations together.
Months 3–6
Start connected practice pilots
Target the first paid pilots while extending specialty workflows and EMR connections, with deployment reviews built into each pilot.
Months 6–9
Broaden specialty coverage
Extend clinician-selected specialty workflows, measure review effort and source accuracy, and begin relationships with potential seed investors.
Months 9–12
Prepare for seed
Use pilot results, repeat use, renewals and operating costs to prepare the next-round case while expanding authorized EMR connections.
Months 12–15
Seed stage: pursue the next round
If traction and cash needs support it, pursue seed financing. Continue seeking paid renewals and improving onboarding, reliability and service costs.
Months 15–18
Scale the workflows that work
Expand specialties and EMR connections from the strongest pilot results, matching growth to customer outcomes, implementation capacity and available capital.
How we will measure progress
More physician time.
Measurable practice value.
Our primary measure is net physician time saved. We will compare similar visits and insurance cases with each practice’s baseline, including time spent reviewing and correcting the work.
- Physician time saved
- Minutes per completed visit or insurance case, with physician and staff effort reported separately.
- Useful patient histories
- Previsit history completion and material corrections needed during physician review.
- Reliable EMR handoffs
- Successful transfers verified against the correct patient and encounter.
- Authorization and denial outcomes
- First-pass completeness, decision time and appeal results, grouped by payer and service.
- Verified revenue recovery
- Recovered practice payments matched to remittance records.
- Lasting practice value
- Weekly physician use, paid renewals and delivery cost per completed workflow.
