Intelligence for healthier care
From the patient’s story to a prepared authorization, Asclepius brings the details together—so physicians can focus on the patient and the clinical decision.
Built around physician time. From the first conversation to follow-up.
How Asclepius works
Patients share their history. Physicians review the note. When care needs approval, Asclepius prepares the request and keeps follow-up in view. Explore Clinical Intake →
Patient + Asclepius · Clinical Intake
Staff checks the patient and visit, then opens a private interview. The patient answers one question at a time, can correct an answer and can ask for help.
The patient shares their history. Asclepius keeps the original answers.

From request to resolution
Find missing records and requirements before a request moves forward.
Build a clear rationale with source-linked evidence and relevant attachments.
Address the stated reason with a focused argument and supporting records.
Keep tasks, payer responses and payment differences connected to the case.
EMR compatibility
Epic selected-patient chart retrieval and order import were tested in earlier public-sandbox releases. The athenaOne Preview connection now supports selected fictional-patient chart reads; order import remains gated by source identity and a current order. Oracle Health (Cerner) and other EMRs need onboarding and acceptance testing.

Frequently asked questions
Asclepius 8.1.3 is available for guided synthetic software evaluation. Practices can review Clinical Intake, prepared authorizations, denial responses and a focused physician inbox. The refreshed welcome screen separates practice sign-in from the investor demo. Clinical Intake is restricted to fictional patient data; real-patient deployment requires independent clinical, security, privacy and organizational acceptance.
No. Clinical Intake organizes the patient’s account into a source-linked draft for the assigned physician to review, edit and explicitly approve. The existing insurance workflows prepare requests from authorized records. Approved notes can be exported or deliberately reused as supporting evidence; they do not create a care order, diagnosis, claim or automatic EMR write.
Epic public-sandbox tests retrieved selected fictional-patient records and imported an order in earlier releases. The athenaOne Preview connector has now retrieved a selected fictional patient’s chart; missing verified source identity and a current order kept import blocked. Oracle Health (Cerner) and other cataloged systems still need onboarding and acceptance testing. Production access requires vendor and practice authorization. Intake FHIR R4 export remains offline, with no accepted live note write-back.
The evaluation software uses scoped workforce access, audit, protected storage and source-bound approval. The separate patient view uses a short-lived encounter capability, requires identity confirmation and consent, and clears patient content when access ends. These controls do not establish HIPAA certification or clinical readiness. A physical shared tablet requires an approved HTTPS deployment, managed devices and separate privacy and security acceptance. This company website is not a patient portal.
The native iPhone companion has a refreshed 8.1.3 welcome screen, with practice sign-in and a separate local investor demo. Its established workflow supports prepared-case review, source access and shared follow-up. Clinical Intake remains the responsive web/tablet module. Saved-session unlock combines local device authentication with an online practice-access check. Simulator evidence does not establish physical Face ID, APNs, App Store or TestFlight acceptance.
