The Unico SpectroQuest SQ2800 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a versatile, cost-effective instrument designed for general-purpose use. It comes complete with a USB port, parallel port, built-in software (featuring modes like T/A/Conc, Standard Curve, Kinetics, Multi-Wavelength, Scanning, and DNA/Protein), a 4-position cell holder, four optical glass cuvettes, two quartz cuvettes, a user manual, and a dust cover. The SQ2800 provides excellent performance for measurements across the UV-Visible spectrum from 190 to 1100 nm, and is a stand-alone model with a 4 nm fixed bandwidth.
The instrument features a large, angled LCD screen with adjustable contrast for ease of use, and the spacious sample compartment accommodates a range of cell holders and accessories, including optional peristaltic sippers and peltier systems. Optional PC software expands the functionality of the unit for more complex analysis.
