Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA):
    Contact our customer service team at contact@asclepius.us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your request. The RMA number must be included for the return to be processed.

  2. Prepare the Item for Return:

    • Packaging: Securely package the item in its original condition and packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Documentation: Include your original proof of purchase and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
    • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, including verifying that all original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card or original payment method may vary depending on your financial institution, typically ranging from 1 to 2 billing cycles.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please retain this email for your records.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. Our goal is to make the return and refund process as simple and customer-friendly as possible.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@asclepius.us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. This exception applies only to defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of purchase.
